How It Works

A purchasing process built on written confirmation

Six verifiable steps take you from browsing live lots to documents at your port — every commercial term confirmed in writing before money moves.

The process, step by step

1

Browse & shortlist

Every live lot carries a lot ID, real photos, a verified quantity and a condition range. Filter by category, condition and quantity to build your shortlist.

  • Lot IDs follow the LS-YYYYMMDD-NNN format — quote them directly in your inquiry
  • Photos on the site are of the actual batch, not catalogue images
2

Send your requirement

Submit the lot ID(s), quantity, destination port and preferred Incoterm through the inquiry form or by email — attachments welcome.

  • Required: lot ID, quantity & unit, destination, FOB or CIF
  • Optional: target price, packing preference, compliance requirements
3

Written quotation

We verify current stock and specs, then confirm quantity, condition range, unit price and quotation validity in writing — nothing moves on verbal terms.

  • The quotation states price, Incoterm and a validity window
  • Any condition nuance found at verification is disclosed before you decide
4

Inspection & evidence

Before payment, request additional photos or video of the actual batch, or appoint a third-party inspection — we coordinate warehouse access.

  • Photo/video evidence of the real batch on request
  • Third-party inspection is welcome at any stage before payment
5

Payment & confirmation

Complete payment per the agreed terms. The confirmed scope — quantity, condition, price, Incoterm — is restated on the paperwork so both sides work from the same document.

  • The confirmed scope is fixed — substitutions require your written agreement
6

Shipment & documents

We coordinate export documentation and freight to the agreed Incoterm point — FOB through loading at the Chinese port, CIF through arrival at your destination port.

  • Departure via Guangzhou (Nansha) and other major China ports
  • FCL and LCL; bilingual documentation supports clearance

What to include in your inquiry

The more precise your inquiry, the faster we can quote — this is all we need.

  • Lot ID(s) from the site, or a description of what you need
  • Required quantity and unit
  • Destination port / country and preferred Incoterm (FOB / CIF)
  • Target price (optional) and any compliance requirements

Our commitments on every deal

  1. Written before money moves

Quantity, condition, price, Incoterm and validity are confirmed in writing before any payment is due.

  2. Evidence before description

Listed photos are of the actual batch; further photo or video evidence is available before you commit.

  3. No infringing stock

Lots built on counterfeit or brand-infringing goods are excluded from the platform entirely.

  4. One lot, one scope

The quantity you confirm is the quantity shipped; no silent substitutions, ever.

  5. To the agreed Incoterm point

FOB through loading at the Chinese port; CIF through arrival at your destination port.
